Good morning and welcome to California. This morning the air, the light, and the people all have a tranquility about them. When traveling to do medicine work things have a way of moving smoothly a long. The hardest part always in doing any type of spiritual work is removing EGO!
Our ego likes to try and credit itself by engaging our conscious mind into action. This gets in the way when we are supposed to be moving in harmony with the spiritual flow of things and places barriers in our way. So I just look to nature or the world around me to remind me of how wondrous this life is, and now conscious is put back in check again.
